Important Information about After Hours Appointments:
1212 New York Avenue is locked and the elevators are secured after 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and on Weekends.
To gain entry during the week:
The security officer will let you in and assist you with activating the elevator. If you do not see the security officer, gently tap on the glass as they might be standing near the other entrance. Feel free to call us if the security officer is not present, they may be doing rounds.
To gain entry on the weekends:
Please enter the PMI/Green City Parking lot located under our building. The entrance is located between 12th and 13th on H street. (You don’t have to park here in order to gain access to the suite on the weekends.) The garage attendants have a list of clients for the day, and will escort you up to the second floor.
Parking:
There is street parking as well as garage parking available. PMI/Green City Parking is located on H Street between 12th and 13th Street.
