Whitney will complete a full health history, determine your constitution, and address your current imbalances.  You will be given diet, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations.  You will also be given recommendations for bodywork treatments designed specifically for your constitutional needs.  You will leave with a better understanding of your own unique makeup and how to recognize and address imbalances in your own life.
